Well, despite Momma's plea's for time to stop, The Rock graduated from kindergarten. Technically, it's not really as much of a graduation as it is a program where they review their school year, but it is a landmark nonetheless. Every kid had a speaking role and Tucker did well with his. He was very proud of himself and had a good time doing it. His teachers told us how much they will miss him and how well he did this year which made all of us real proud.
This was a big year of milestones for him. Over the course of the year, he learned to read and write legibly. He learned to take a shower by himself and almost has tying his shoes down. He has learned some basic math and became a whiz on the Wii. And probably most importantly to him, he finally lost a tooth (now two). All in all, I would say that is a pretty good year.
So, on to the next chapter. 1st grade is a big step, but we are sure he can handle it. He will also have The Bomb tagging along with him next year as he starts 3p. I know, seriously...us too.
